About the Artist | photo gallery | Nicolas Online I was influenced greatly on a trip to Colombia where my husband and I visited the personal art collection of Fernando Botero, a Colombian painter/sculptor. His work inspires me as well as works by artists like Diego Rivera, Oswaldo Guyasamin, and Atlanta artist, Steve Penely to name a few. I am especially inspired by the work of my late grandmother, Gloria Walters. She was an artist of clay sculptors and had a successful line of figures called "Glory Girls". I hope to one day be as talented and successful artistically as her. |
